Criminal/Misconduct Investigations

Subrosa Investigations  employs multiple approaches to detect, deter, and/or apprehend employees responsible for criminal acts or misconduct. Depending on the particular circumstances of your case, our agents may:

• Work undercover as "employees," documenting your company's internal state and identifying dishonest personnel
• Implement and carry out video and/or photographic surveillance, both during and after their working hours, using the best available surveillance technologies
• Engage in pretext ("sting") operations to obtain evidence that an employee is engaging in illegal activity
• Sensitively and discreetly interview cooperative or uncooperative employees, evaluating their responses (both verbal and nonverbal) for information and truthfulness
• Conduct legally structured interrogations to elicit written confessions from offenders who have been identified through any of the investigative processes above
